You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and driving continuous improvement. You’ll lead a committed team and be responsible for clinical risk management, quality audits, staff training, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Key Responsibilities Manage clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement projects Oversee resident care, ensuring best-practice delivery Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff Analyse data to drive improvement in clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with ACQS and regulatory requirements Support professional development and training across the team About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years' experience in aged care (senior RN level or above) Strong understanding of clinical governance and aged care compliance Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-focused care Based in the Sunshine Coast If you're ready to take the next step in your aged care career and lead with impact, we'd love to hear from you.
